Trust over fear…

Trust is the innate, deep inner knowing that we are supported. Trust supports us to open, surrender, take the next step forward and lean in. Without trust, we won’t be open to trying new things or be open to all possibilities due to limiting beliefs and fears.

Trust requires us to deeply believe in something greater. Something bigger. Something unknown, uncertain, unfamiliar.

Integration…

When we change the way we do things, the new way takes a little while to feel comfortable and normal.

When we let go of something out of our lives, it can leave some space which we sometimes feel like we need to fill.

When we upgrade our belief systems, its takes a little while for these belief systems become solid.

This is integration and its one of the most powerful and beautiful ways to enhance your life and your inner journey.

Expansion… Life is always expanding, first it seems to contract and then without warning, we expand. We grow. We evolve. We change.

Chakras are our energy centres! They flow energy through our body providing us with life force energy and vitality!

When we understand and know how our chakras work, we can easily see the signs of a blocked chakra and work with the energy to restore and revitalise our energy centres to live a life of so much more.

In an Energy Healing session we will test to see how open you are to giving and receiving at each Chakra — the body never lies.
