- Soul-level clearing of stored worth-based blocks
- A grounding practice to carry the shift forward between sessions
Week 3 — Opening to Receiving and Flow
Goal: Expand capacity to receive — revenue, opportunity, support, ease.
- Explore your relationship to receiving in each energy centre — money, help, visibility, rest, responsibility
- Identify where self-sabotage, overworking or resistance is quietly blocking flow
- Soul-level clearing to open capacity and dissolve resistance to "more" and receive
- A receiving practice to deepen and integrate before we close the container
Week 4 — Anchoring Your New Money and Wealth Identity
Goal: Integrate the shifts into a new, upgraded, golden, sustainable money and wealth identity.
- Reflect on the full realm of transformation from Week 1 to now
- Name what's already shifting in mindset, behavior, and results — in business, family, and life
- Anchor the new money identity — energetically, and in daily practice
- Leave with a simple, sustainable ritual to hold the reset long after the program ends
- Close with clarity on next steps of action and integration. You will also receive guidance around what you need to do to continue to expand and grow as the container closes for the “Her Abundance Reset”
4 WEEK PROGRAM OUTLINE
We open our 4 week container in the first session we have together. We set a strong, beautiful intention and that will carry us through the four weekly 1:1 soul-healing sessions, live over Zoom (60–75 minutes each)
Week 1 — Clearing Money and Money Story
Goal: We test in and see where you currently are in regards to your wealth resonance, you capacity to give and receive money and wealth. It is the session where we lay the foundations for the journey ahead and begin releasing, reprogramming and rewriting your core money and wealth story.
- Explore their current financial reality and life/business trajectory.
- Uncover the earliest money story — the beliefs woven in by family, influences and early experience
- Trace how that story is quietly shaping current decisions around money, business and worth
- Begin the soul-level clearing of the root money story
- Close with a clear picture of where you are right now and where you would like to be in the future
