We are so powerful. We have everything we need within us to create the life we dream of and tap into our purpose.
The closer we get to the root of our purpose, the more challenging it can feel.
It asks us to dig deep. To go within. To call on all our inner resources we have and to really tap into our inner, innate, inextinguishable power.
Our bodies are like energetic conduits. We have a vibration, life force energy running through us, our heart beating, blood rushing through our veins, our breath coming in and out nourishing us with oxygen, our eyes that help us to see, our ears to hear, nose to smell, hands and feet to feel and touch, we are incredible! How our bodies are so clever to grow our fingernails and our hair, to keep our hearts beating and our breath consistently breathing.
And we question everything. We question it all so much. So much more than is helpful sometimes, sometimes we very much need to question it all so deeply.
Reflecting on this quote often and also leaning into an old favourite movie, the Wizard of Oz, both are reminding us of the power that lies within us. We can either spend our lives being in fear of it OR we can be brave and tap into it. Allow the flow of our power, turn it on, turn it up, loosen the tap and allow it to flow freely out into our lives.
Our power is our purpose.
Power doesn’t meant force or competition. It doesn’t mean pushing others aside to achieve, it doesn’t mean being better than anyone else or living in your ego, it means having a light inside that moves you forward towards your purpose, towards your dreams. It helps enhance you dreams, giving you extra potency to help make them all come true. In the tarot, there is a card called the Chariot and when I think of power, I think of the Chariot. The strength to pull, to carry, the power to create the life we dream of living and to become the most wonderful person we can be in this lifetime.
The power shift is happening. Old structures, belief systems, ways of doing things are crumbling and we as a collective have the power to reconstruct, recreate and redesign a world that will serve us all from a more aligned, more gentle, more kind place if we let it.
We are all powerful. We all have a purpose and a reason for being here at this time. Our mission, if we choose to accept it, is to live our life in honour and in pursuit of our purpose, using our power to help us.
Our personal power lives in our Solar Plexus Chakra, our Manipura. It is yellow in colour, and when it is clear and flowing freely, it shines so brightly — our inner sunshine!!! Our inner sunflower. Spinning beautifully, helping our inner light to shine brighter and brighter out into the world. When we live in our power, we have beautiful, loving boundaries, we are dedicated and have discipline towards our goals, we show us as all of who we are and we kick arse in life!
During the Bloom we work with the emotions of:
PRIDE – attachment to the reinforcement of our own worth
ANGER – the impulse to react against the perceived violation of our boundaries
DESIRE – a sense of being pulled towards, of wanting
We root clear these emotions to wipe the slate clean and let go of any limiting beliefs, anything that is blocking your power. Something really beautiful happens when we step into our inner power and use it for the purpose of creating a life we love.
It is time to tap into your inner power. As the Wizard of Oz would say:
“Everything you were looking for was right there with you all along”
