Imagine a hour where the you are gently and safely held as you move your body, lean into mindfulness, meditation and soak in the deep restoration.

Move with gentle flow, sinking into your body and heart while clearing and calming the mind. This tailored, unique and tranquil session is designed to help you feel calm, relaxed and experience more balance and clarity.

A Mindful Yoga class initiates a deep connection to your heart and allows you to move with intention and mindfulness. It is know to reduces stress levels, clear the chaos and bring you back into your heart with clarity of mind.

Mindful Yoga supports our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, leaving us feeling balanced and refreshed.

After the session, you can expect to feel nurtured, nourished and much, much better than before.

Restore by the River is an ongoing, weekly offering and many dates are available. It will be held at the Home of Movement Studio, Unit 5, 31 Rowe Avenue, Rivervale every Friday 12-1pm — the perfect way to start your weekend!

  • The best way to prepare for a session is to really open your heart and allow yourself to trust that what we are about to embark on will bring wonderful change! It really is unlike anything else and is hard to put into words — it is something that you will most certainly experience. I will hold you in such a safe and beautiful space, so I invite you to really have an open mind and heart coming into the time we have together. Take a few big, beautiful, deep belly breaths and set your intention for what you would like to have as an outcome for your session. I always ask my clients to be very well hydrated, so please have water on hand and drink lots of water prior to our time together, and no caffeine (if possible) for a couple of hours before your session. You can also have a journal handy and anything that makes you feel really comfortable and relaxed. You won't need to take any notes, but you may feel like jotting down some downloads if you have any straight after we finish your session.
